of our error, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.

regarding substitutions, unavailable products, or other issues affecting an order.
Estimated pickup or preparation times are estimates only. Actual times may vary because of order volume,
staffing, equipment issues, ingredient availability, or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information, pickup location, requested pickup time,
and contact information before submitting an order.
5. PRICES, TAXES, PAYMENT, AND SQUARE SERVICES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, service charges, delivery charges, tips, or other fees will be disclosed when required and
may be added to an order.
Biscuit Hound Café uses Square, operated by Block, Inc., and its affiliated services (“Square”), for point-
of-sale services, payment processing, and certain online ordering and customer-facing features.
When you make a purchase from Biscuit Hound Café, Square may process information necessary to
complete the transaction on our behalf, including payment information, transaction details, contact
information, device information, and other information associated with your purchase.
Certain optional Square services, including digital receipts, Square Pay, Square Profile, loyalty or marketing
features, may involve a direct relationship between you and Square and may be governed by Square's own
terms and privacy notices.
Biscuit Hound Café does not directly receive or store your complete payment card number when payment
information is processed through Square.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes generally will not affect an order already accepted by
us unless correction of an obvious pricing error is permitted by applicable law.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because our food and beverages are prepared for individual orders and may be perishable, completed or
already-prepared orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded solely because a customer changes their
mind.
If there is a problem with your order, including a missing or incorrect item or a quality issue, please contact
Biscuit Hound Café as soon as reasonably possible.
We will evaluate refund, replacement, or credit requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection
laws.
7. FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUESTS
Biscuit Hound Café prepares food in a commercial kitchen where common food allergens are present.
Our kitchen may handle ingredients containing or derived from wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, eggs, soy,
peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, and other potential allergens.
Although we may take reasonable precautions when informed of an allergy or dietary request, shared
preparation areas, equipment, utensils, storage areas, cooking surfaces, and airborne ingredients may
create a risk of cross-contact.
We therefore cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free from a particular allergen.
Customers with food allergies or significant dietary restrictions should inform our staff before ordering and
should not rely solely on menu descriptions or information displayed on the website when determining
whether a menu item is appropriate for them.
Ingredient formulations and products supplied by vendors may change.
8. GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS AND MODIFICATIONS
Where gluten-free substitutions or other dietary modifications are offered, those items may be prepared in
a facility that also handles wheat and gluten-containing products.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a “gluten-free” substitution or option does not mean that we operate a
dedicated gluten-free kitchen or preparation environment.

speak directly with our staff before ordering.

If Biscuit Hound gift cards are offered, additional terms presented at the time of purchase may apply.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be
replaceable unless required by law or unless sufficient purchase and card information can be verified.
Expiration dates, fees, and redemption practices will comply with applicable federal and Montana law.
10. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND LOYALTY PROGRAMS
From time to time, Biscuit Hound may offer promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, loyalty rewards, or

Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions have no cash value.
