Biscuit Hound is a neighborhood café in Missoula, Montana, serving scratch-made biscuit sandwiches, craft espresso, and warm, fast, genuinely friendly service. We source local and organic ingredients whenever possible and believe that simple food, made carefully from great ingredients, is hard to beat.
We're two mountain-bike-riding, outdoor-loving gourmands who have spent years exploring the trails, backroads, cafés, and small mountain towns of the West. Along the way, we fell in love with the places that get the little things right: a great breakfast before hitting the trail, a perfectly pulled espresso, food made from scratch, and a room where locals and travelers alike feel at home.
Biscuit Hound is our way of bringing those things together in our hometown.
